They can be locked with a thumb-turn button from the inside, and easily installed. Each privacy leverset includes an exterior lever, interior lever, latch, strike plate, short screws, and long screws.

These levers are fully reversible, accommodating both right-handed and left-handed doors. The adjustable latch fits standard doors with a 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" backset and door thicknesses from 1-3/8" to 1-3/4". The wave/drop style levers are comfortable to hold, and can be locked from the inside with the thumb-turn button for privacy.
